How do I send my files to DotPress?
You can send your files to DotPress by uploading them, emailing them, ftp'ing them or mailing traditional media. After placing your order, Step 5 asks how you will be sending us your files (see Picture A). If you choose "Upload Files", the next screen (see Picture B) will walk you through uploading them to our web site.

How long will it take to upload my files?
It depends on how large your file is and the speed that you are connected to the Internet. Here is a brief estimate based on perfect conditions:

Can I email my files to DotPress?
Yes! If you plan on emailing your files, please indicate that when ordering (see Picture A).

Can I FTP my files to DotPress?
Yes! If you prefer to FTP your files, please email or call us if you need assistance, the information is as follows:

Can I mail my files on traditional storage media?
Yes! If you plan on mailing your files on traditional media, please indicate that when ordering (see Picture A). We can accept files on CD, Zip, or 3.5" floppy disk.
